This luxurious holiday home Duynopgangh 5 with sauna is located in the Duynopgangh park in Julianadorp. Beautiful view from the garden, overlooking the dunes.
The luxury house with beautiful thatched roof is characterized by comfort (family sauna and outdoor hot tub for up to 5 people).
On the ground floor is the large living room with fireplace, sofa area, and the open luxury fitted kitchen.
Adjacent to the open kitchen is the dining area and there is a separate storage room as well as a hallway with toilet, family sauna with shower bath.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and a luxuriously furnished bathroom with washbasin, full bath, and toilet.

This small-scale luxury park is located just behind the dunes at the top of North Holland in Julianadorp aan Zee. This area boasts the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands and features an expansive beach that is about a 10-minute walk from the holiday home Duynopgangh 5.
Between the park and the sea, there are only the coastal road and dunes.
Many beautiful places are just a few kilometers away: for example, Alkmaar, Bergen, Callantsoog, or even the Ijsselmeer with the old historical towns of Enkhuizen and Hoorn is not very far.
In Julianadorp, you'll find several shops (including Lidl and Aldi), a newly built, covered shopping center, restaurants, fitness, bowling, golf, mini-golf, riding stables, and a swimming paradise, etc.
From the Ruhr area: Take the A3 motorway via Emmerich, which continues as the A12 towards Utrecht, A2 towards Amsterdam, A9 towards Alkmaar, N9 to Julianadorp Zuid, then west towards the dunes.
From the north of Germany: via Groningen, over the Afsluitdijk, Den Oever, towards Den Helder, N9 to Julianadorp Zuid.
