The tranquil holiday apartment on the Costa del Sol accommodates up to 4 guests and spans 180m², including a 90m² rooftop terrace.
A kitchen with all the essential utensils and appliances is, of course, part of the comfort. Adjacent to it is the dining area, should you prefer to dine in the apartment.
The living room is furnished with cozy sofas. There you can watch German television via satellite and listen to the radio. Next to it is the breakfast balcony with access to the rooftop terrace. There, a pergola provides partial shade and various seating and lounging options. A beach chair, a Hollywood swing, a dining area, and 4 loungers are available for your relaxation.
The bedrooms are separate and each has an en suite bathroom, the landward bedroom with a shower, and the sea-view bedroom with its own balcony with a bathtub.
The parking space in the underground garage is provided free of charge and is suitable for a small/medium-sized vehicle.
The nightly rate applies for up to 2 people. For each additional person, there is a surcharge of €5 per night.
Additional costs of €5 per night include electricity.
The desired booking duration is at least 14 days. For bookings under 14 days, there is a surcharge; please ask us, we are happy to make you an offer.

Arrival possible from 3:00 PM, key handover will be organized. To avoid a collision with departing and arriving guests, we ask for consultation if you plan to arrive before 3:00 PM and depart after 10:00 AM, as otherwise thorough cleaning and preparation may not be possible. We also ask for consultation regarding other arrival times.

Clothing-optional sunbathing is possible on the partially secluded rooftop terrace and at two nearby beaches.
From the rooftop terrace or balconies, you'll enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the two 18-hole golf courses, Fuengirola, the sea, Mijas Pueblo, and the mountainous hinterland.
Relaxation is just as possible as an active holiday, beach day, or city trip.

Here you'll find everything your heart desires. From small shops and boutiques to shopping centers. Plus, you can enjoy a nice seat and a meal at the small harbor.
Marbella:
In Marbella, the beach with its promenade is recommended, where you can even get tapas for €1. It's also worth climbing the hill towards the old town.
Puerto Banús:
If you like to see great yachts and mingle with high society, this is the place for you. Exclusive shops line up here. Next door, you can cool off at the beach.
Málaga:
The second-largest city in Andalusia and worth a visit in every respect. A great old town with many venues of all kinds and a lot of history.
Viewpoint: Mijas Pueblo
A very nice Mediterranean mountain village with a fantastic view of the valley, in some places even as far as Africa.
Benalmadena:
The marina of Benalmadena is worth seeing and fascinating at the same time. The Arabic-influenced architectural style of the exclusive apartments creates an almost fairy-tale backdrop over a cup of coffee.

Right outside your door, you have several good and large golf courses available, such as Los Lagos and Los Oliveros at Mijas Golf with 18 holes and PAR 72. Trolleys can be rented, and a driving range and putting green are available.
Sports:
Challenging golf courses nearby, tennis, and all kinds of water sports within easy reach, climbing or mountain biking in the mountainous hinterland, and hiking right behind the house.
Motorsport:
The mountainous hinterland offers wonderful motorcycle routes that make cruising an experience. Very well-maintained roads and gentle curves will thrill any motorcyclist's heart. The motorcycle can be parked in the underground garage.
Sea View:
From the apartment, you can see Fuengirola from both the balconies and the rooftop terrace, with the sea in the background at sunrise.
Pool:
The residential complex includes a pool measuring 10x6m amidst a Mediterranean-style garden. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available. Right outside your door, you have several good and large golf courses available, such as Los Lagos and Los Oliveros at Mijas Golf with 18 holes and PAR 72. Trolleys can be rented, and a driving range and putting green are available. The fairways are very challenging, with a lot of water and slightly hilly. A club card with a registered handicap (H 28 / D 36) is required.
Horse riding, mini-golf, various water sports, and beach activities can also be enjoyed, and the aqua park invites you to sports and games. Both on the partially secluded rooftop terrace and at 2 beaches in the vicinity, nude sunbathing or swimming is possible.
Possible day trips: Mijas Pueblo, Marbella with Puerto Banus, Estepona, Malaga, Benalmadena, Toromolinos, Gibraltar, and Ronja.
Further afield, a trip is worth it to: Nerja, Frigiliana, Cadiz, Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada, and even the Sierra Nevada ski resort.

Cancellation by the tenant:
a) The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by written declaration to the landlord. The time at which the landlord receives the notice of withdrawal is decisive.
b) If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, they must compensate the landlord with a lump sum for the expenses already incurred and the lost profit at the following rates:
Withdrawal up to 2 months before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least €250)
Withdrawal up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 60%
Thereafter and in case of no-show: 90%
c) The tenant is entitled to prove that the landlord has incurred no or significantly less damage.
d) Upon withdrawal from the contract, the tenant may nominate a replacement tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contractual relationship in their place. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party if they appear to be economically or personally unreliable. If a third party enters into the rental agreement, they and the previous tenant are jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rent and any additional costs arising from the entry of the third party.
e) After moving into the holiday apartment, the tenant is liable for the entire rent, regardless of the departure date.
f) The landlord is obliged in good faith to re-let an unoccupied property and must offset any savings against the cancellation fees claimed.
The tenant is advised to take out travel cancellation insurance.
