The house is fully furnished with tasteful antique and modern furniture and a fireplace. You will find a fully equipped kitchen and a separate utility room with two large refrigerators. There are 3 double rooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and a separate bathroom. Satellite TV, solar electricity and underfloor heating for the cold season.
Here you can enjoy full privacy in complete peace. From the beautiful covered terrace, you can enjoy the fantastic view over the central Algarve to the Atlantic. The property is fully fenced and located on a nature reserve. Since we live in our house as often as possible throughout the year, it is, unlike the "pure holiday homes", very lovingly furnished, so that you can feel at home here all year round. Our house offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday, even if you are travelling with family or friends. Everyone has enough space to withdraw once in a while.

In a few minutes, you can arrive in the original Portuguese village of S.B. Messines, where every day in the small market hall all the regional goods are offered for daily needs - fish, vegetables, fruits, olives, honey, bread and more. In the village, you will find a variety of shops: fish shops, bakery, butcher's, banks, post office, pharmacy, opticians and other shops and very good local bars/restaurants. It takes between a quarter and half an hour to arrive e.g. in Albufeira, Portimao, Praia da Rocha or Silves.
You can easily arrive from Faro Airport with a rental car.
