Cancellation policy
Cancellation provisions
The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. Should you withdraw from the rental agreement without having found someone else to rent the property during this period, you will have to pay for the economic damage. Expenses saved will be deducted, and the cancellation fee is calculated proportionally and as follows if no other tenant can be found for this period:
Cancellation
- up to 14 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before arrival) 90% of the rental price
The legal cancellation and withdrawal options are unaffected by this.

If an animal was a guest, our kleinevilla will be specially cleaned, so that the following guests arrive in a fresh and allergy-friendly house.
The little villa is located between Schleswig, Kappeln and Eckernförde, near the Schlei.
In the Baltic Sea resort of Eckernförde or in Damp, about 10 km away, you'll find wide sandy beaches, so near the manors of Ludwigsburg, Karlsminde, etc.
Getting there
A7 to Rendsburger Hochbrücke, then twoard Eckernförde, further toward Riseby, then to Zimmert, the kleinevilla is signposted from the entrance to Zimmert.

Wir waren bereits im Sommer kurz vor der Geburt unserer kleinen Tochter im Haus und haben eine Gastfreundlichkeit gehabt,das ich bei noch keinem Urlaub hatte und wir möchten uns für die schöne Zeit sehr bedanken und kommen gern wieder.

-tolle Beratung zu Ausflügen
-sehr schön eingerichtet / Bilder stimmen mit dem Haus überein
-toller Ausblick
- Hasen sind dort in der Natur wie zu Hause und laufen dir gern übern Weg
-Hirsche und Rehe kann man mit einem Fernglas (welches man selbst besitzen sollte ) oder dem aufgestellten Teleskop sehr gut zu beobachten
-Kinder sind über die eigenen Spielmöglichkeiten sehr Happy
-die Sauna ist schön und hält was sie verspricht
-schön ist es im Sommer auf der Terasse zu Frühstücken
