We have 2 cosy apartments that have a cosy living-room-cum-kitchen with satellite TV, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge, a 4-burner stove, an oven and a comfortable seating nook. All of the utensils you need are available in the kitchen. Magnificent, peaceful location without any noise.
We heat everything using wood. We have a room for drying your ski boots and a cloakroom for your ski things.

It's a paradise for children in summer with a kids' play area, a trampoline and much more besides. Enough space to let off steam. Go hiking to our mountain hut in the Schwarzachtal Valley with the Melker Museum in summer. Beautiful hiking area on the Gerlosstein (mountain near the village). A great starting point for cycling trips.
Very peaceful location, hiking-ski bus on the doorstep that travels to the Zillertal Arena winter sports area in 5 minutes. Place to barbecue in the garden, sun loungers, pool for the little ones, rabbits and guinea pigs, lovely family atmosphere, hikes possible to mountain huts in the Schwarzachtal valley.

We're located 4km above Zell am Ziller and 13km from Gerlos. We're situated right by the Gerlossteinbahn cable car, the 7km-long toboggan run and a family ski area. The cable car takes you to a skiing and hiking area. There's also a fixed rope climbing course on the Gerlosstein mountain and a Skyliner zipline that lets you soar from the mountain back down to the station. The play area has slides and swings and there are bars for adults in the village itself. A wonderfully designed round-trip hiking route leads you to the pilgrimage church, the dairy visitor's centre, the zoo and the old museum before heading right back to our house in the middle of the village.
Drive towards the Zillertal valley until you get to Zell am Ziller, then head towards the Gerlossteinbahn cable car, turn left 100m before your reach the Gerlossteinbahn then drive into the 2nd farm on the right.
