Spacious holiday apartment in a very quiet location, surrounded by vineyards with a view of the Monti Sibilini, 10 minutes from the sea. The apartment has a separate entrance, one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and an American kitchen, a shower room, and a terrace. Up to 5 people can find space here on 60 m². Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the house and garden, and all windows have mosquito nets. Lounge, terrace, and garden (with BBQ possibility) are equipped with garden furniture. There is a table tennis table and an outdoor shower. The unit can also be partially booked as an apartment with one or two bedrooms or as a studio for 2 people. Prices on request.

Even outside the so-called high season, the region has many charms, whether it's the lush bloom in spring or the grape harvest and olive picking in late summer and autumn. From mid-May, you can dare to take a first dip at the still deserted beaches of the Adriatic, sometimes until late October. On cool days, we are happy to heat up our Finnish log cabin sauna in the garden for you.
