The spacious holiday apartment was completed at the end of 2014. On the two south and west balconies with a view of the Alpspitze, you are guaranteed sun all day long.
Two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms offer freedom. One bedroom (children’s room) is equipped with a floating bed (120 × 200). Two children can sleep separately in this room. A pull-out bed provides space for a third child. A bright living, dining, and kitchen area of approx. 80 m² completes the beautiful holiday apartment.

The entire infrastructure of the town is at your disposal (restaurants, organic supermarket, bakeries). And in just a few minutes, the varied hiking area on the Kramer beckons from a cosy stop at the Windtaschen-Alm, Steppberg-Alm, or Martinshuette. Pleasure hiking on the Kramerplateau trail, a challenging tour to Königstand, or an alpine trek to the Kramer summit. The Pflegersee offers a place to cool off in midsummer.
