300m away from our farm , in a quiet location near the forest , you will find our newly renovated "Waldhaus" .
2-6 people , they can be here in three bedrooms and 1.5 baths spaced on 2 floors and 128m² really go well .
Each room is individually decorated, but a harmonious unity reflected in the overall picture of the house again .
A place of wellbeing in any season , in any weather .
Sauna with outdoor shower , fireplace inside and an individual , lovingly furnished apartment with lots of comfort , extra long beds and linens , fluffy pillows and blankets , enough chairs and a beach chair for North German wind muffle . Loving details that make reality a relaxing holiday .

Holiday destination

The farm Osterholz is outside of the village Loit , between Kappeln and Schleswig near the Schlei. Schlei is a Baltic Sea-Fjord, the area is characterized by the beautiful hilly landscape , many fields and meadows, gives the region a unique, Scandinavian character.
Centuries-old thatched-roof houses, estates, medieval churches and up to 5000 year old cultural monuments in the surroundings gives you lots to discover.
A lot of fun and interesting things in the area guarantee a dream holiday, canoe and bike tours, beaches, a theme park and much more., for poeple of all ages.

Getting there

About the A7 towards Flensburg, exit Schleswig / Schuby take, follow B201 to Loit. In the center of the village turn right towards Loit Osterholz, the road for 2 km to Hof Osterholz.

Was für ein schönes Urlaubsdomizil in wunderbarer Lage !

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet , und es fehlt an wirklich überhaupt nichts.

Zur Begrüßung standen einige leckere Sachen bereit, vielen Dank dafür , eine schöne Überraschung !

Wohlfühlen ist hier garantiert. Dazu das große Grundstück und die tolle Terrasse, wo man sogar den

Kuckuck hören konnte, Mensch und Tier ( 2 Hunde ) haben es genossen.

Ausserdem hat die Region ja viel zu bieten und wir haben täglich schöne Ausflüge gemacht

Die Vermieter haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt ,da sie selber im Urlaub waren,

der telefonische und schriftlicher Kontakt war freundlich , und der Sohn vor Ort sehr sympathisch .

Gerne kommen wir mal wieder in dieses urgemütliche Haus

Also dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Auch die Kommunikation mit Frau Christiansen war sehr nett . Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Hunden dort und es hat uns an nix gefehlt. Das ganze Haus war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Auch der kleine Willkommensgruß war richtig toll. Wir können das Melkerhaus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen sehr, sehr schönen Urlaub. Genau so wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Unseren drei Kindern (17/16/12) hat es auch sehr gut gefallen, besonders die Außendusche kam bei den dreien sehr gut an. Wir hatten auch unsere 2 Hunde dabei, die den Garten, der rundherum eingezäunt ist, mit uns sehr genossen haben. Auch das Trampolin im Garten wurde rege genutz, die Idee es einzugraben werden wir für unseres hier übernehmen. Alles in Allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub mit sehr, sehr netten Vermietern, hier nochmal herzlichen Dank an Dich Katrin. Bis bald!
