Cancellation policy
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to the 91st day before arrival, a flat fee of Euro 40.
From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival, 20% of the total price.
From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival, 50% of the total price.
From 30 days before arrival and in case of no-show, 90% of the total price.
In the event of a travel warning from the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge, with only a flat fee of Euro 40 being charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, and we are also happy to provide you with individual advice!

Your holiday apartment is located about 13km north of Volterra in a quiet, hilly area.
Thanks to its central location in the heart of Tuscany, you can take numerous trips from here, for example to Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, and Pisa.
In Villamagna (about 8 km away), there are two small grocery stores, and in Volterra, there are large supermarkets, restaurants, as well as numerous shops. Only about 3 km away, you will also find excellent restaurants.
Getting there
In July/August, arrival and departure are only possible on Saturdays. During other seasons, arrival and departure are possible daily, with a minimum rental period of 2 days. Upon booking, you will receive detailed arrival instructions.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, toskanisches Frühstück auf der Terrasse, umringt von Zypressen und Oliven-Plantagen mit Blick auf Volterra. Alles sehr stilvoll, auch der Pool und die ganze Anlage. Ein Traum! Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!
