This holiday home is located in one of Schleswig-Holstein’s most beautiful areas, between the Baltic Sea and the Schlei fjord.
The house has three bedrooms, two living areas of different size (both with tv, one with fireplace), a fitted kitchen (installed in 2016) and two bathrooms with shower (both built in 2016 and 2017, respectively). The ground floor also offers a Finnish sauna plus an utility room with washer/dryer.
The upstairs balcony offers a small sitting area and you can enjoy the sun rising or have breakfast in the morning sun.
The exterior terrace is furnished with chairs, a table, and an umbrella. The outside barbecue is located there, ready to cook great food for a family party.
The house has private parking for two cars.
The house offers are lockable storage room for bicycles and pedelecs. A mains outlet for charging is also available, as well as a bicycle tool set for minor repairs.

Stand-up Paddling
Located on the Oehe peninsula, Maasholm-Bad ist two kilometers away from Maasholm and about ten kilometres from Kappeln. The house is in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature reserves.
The cozy fishing village of Maasholm,with it's two harbours, offers restaurants and cafés as well as small shops.
From a Viking museum village near Schleswig to picturesque cities like Flensburg, there is a lot to see and do. Visit nearby Denmark or go sailing.
Coming from Kappeln, follow the B199 towards Gelting. After about 6 kilometers, turn right towards Maasholm, on the L277.
After a further three kilometers, you have reached the junction where you turn left towards Maasholm-Bad. Afterwards, turn right twice, then left and go straigt - you will find our house on the right.

The customer may withdraw from the contract in writing. If this results in a time period in which the house is not rented out, the following deductions apply to a refund: On cancellation 49 days or more to the first day of the lease: 20% of the lease amount. 35 to 48 days to the first day of the lease: 30%. 14 to 34 days: 50% and 13 days or less: 90%.
The towel set includes 1x shower towel (100x150 cm), 2x towel 50x100 cm and 1x towel 30x50 cm
The bedding set includes 1xpillowcase 80x80 cm, 1x pillowcase 40x80 cm and 1x cover 135x200 cm
Foot mats for the shower and towels for the kitchen are included in the rental.
