Our house is comfortably fitted out for 4 pers. and is situated 600m from the sandy beach, easy to reach. In 2020 renovation and Wifi.
Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bath-room and toilet, all rooms and terrace to the south with garden furniture on one floor. Open kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, dihwasher, fridge/deep freezer, kettle, vacuum cleaner. Living-/dining room with table with 6 chairs, high-chair, TV, DVD player.2 bedrooms, one with a double-bed (2x 90 x200), the other with 2 single beds (90 x 200) and a pull-out bed (90 x 190) .each , shelve, bed-side table, wardrobe, Bathroom with shower and double wash basin. Basement with bikes.
Barbecue, garden chairs, sun beds and shades and sandpit. Private parking in front of the house.

Classified with four stars Clevacances. Solar system: our participation for the environment. Ideal for recovery holidays in low seasons, extended walks on the beach or between forest and vineyards.One small dog possible (extra charge), if not more than 2 persons.

Entspannt an Strand gerollt

Schönes komplettes Ferienhaus mit großer, schöner Terrasse, die mit Markise und Sonnenschirmen gut beschattet werden kann. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene mit zwei Jungs 1 Woche dort. Die Fahrräder sind sehr hilfreich, da gute schöne Fahrradwege vorhanden sind. Ausstattung üppig, vielleicht wäre sogar manchmal weniger mehr, aber besser als umgekehrt. Garten zum Grillen gut, man muss allerdings um das Haus herum laufen, kein Zugang aus dem Haus oder von der Terrasse, Garten ist mit Kies und ummauert - wir haben uns im Freien auf der Terrasse aufgehalten. Die vielen positiven Aspekte der gut passenden Beschreibung überwiegen aber deutlich. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Dieses kleine, aber feine Ferienhaus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum schönen Strandzugang Dune 1 und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für entspannte Ferien. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier und werden im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.

Ein hübsches, liebevoll und umfänglich eingerichtetes sowie ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit schöner Terrasse und Garten.
Super auch die Fahrräder zur Nutzung, Strand 10 Minuten fußläufig, Wald und ländlicher Bewitschaftungsweg ebenso 10 Minuten.
Ausgebaute Radwege, sowie GR 8 in nächster Nähe. Tolle Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung, Markthalle, Fischgeschäft für Austern und Krustentieren, Super U, alles da was man braucht. TV auch deutsch.
Zu unserer Reisezeit sehr ruhig.
Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit Vermietern und Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort.
Gerne wieder.
