Please do not transfer cash payments by post. 2. All payments should only be made by one person, if possible this should be the leader of your tour group as mentioned in the reservation confirmation. CANCELLATIONS (FOR RESERVATIONS FOR 2020): Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the next working day is the date of receipt of the cancellation! When the guest has made a payment, they receive: 1. Full 100% refund of the previously paid amount if canceled 31 days before check-in. 2. 50% reimbursement of the previously paid amount if canceled 15-30 days before arrival 3.     Our penthouse is located between the town of Estepona to the west and the village of San Luis de Sabinillas to the east. The complex is located on the very first beach line with lovely gardens and pool at the sea. Further you will find a private paddle tennis court. In just 150 meters there is a very good restaurant with Assador (open fireplace). In 300 meters you will find the new Albayt Golf & Country Club with excellent restaurant and Spa. Further here is a very good fitness-club. San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door with numerous bars, restaurants, shops etc. Here you will find a lovely beach promenade along a 4 km long sandy beach, many shops and supermarkets. The village of Casares is always worth a visit!

    From Malaga: take toll motorway AP-7/ E-15 direction Algeciras/ Cadiz till Exit Nr.153 Than follow the coastal road A-7/ N-340 in same direction till km 149, take here exit to beach

    Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach fantastisch, eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer. Nur von einem Spazierweg entlang des schmalen Strandes von dem großen Wohnkomplex getrennt. Die Wohnung war frisch renoviert, das Wohnzimmer mit bequemen neuen Couchen und einem gepflegten Esszimmer mit 6 Polsterstühlen ausgestattet, ein großer Fernseher ist vorhanden. Die Küche könnte ein Make up vertragen, neues Porzellan wäre schön, aber alle wichtigen Geräte waren vorhanden. In der oberen Etage sind 3 nett dekorierte Schlafzimmer, das große Bett war sehr bequem. Die Bäder sind klein wahrscheinlich noch aus der Zeit der Erbauung des Komplexes, die Handtücher könnten erneuert werden. Die wirklich sehr großen Terrassen sind großzügig mit Outdoormöbeln ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche

    Von Anfang wurden wir sehr gut u. ausführlichst seitens des Vermieters beraten und betreut. Anfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Die lage der Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, in direkter Strandnähe. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein dreijähriges Kind. Wir suchten Entspannung und haben diese dort gefunden. Der Strand war naturbelassen und zu dieser Saison sehr leer. Unsere Tochter konnte den ganzen Tag am Strand spielen und wir genossen die Ruhe. Die Poolanlage ist gepflegt, kleines Manko ist jedoch, dass es dort nahezu unmöglich ist, ein schattiges Plätzchen zu finden. Aber wir waren eh nur sehr selten dort. Die Wohnung sowie die gesamte Ferienanlage sind sehr sauber und ordentlich. Besonders schön, ist der Wohn- und Essbereich mit der großen Terrasse, auf der wir stets den Meerblick genossen. Wunderbar
