The house has two private parking spaces on the property, a spacious entrance hall with adjoining bathroom and separate shower room and a fully equipped kitchen, living room with large glass sliding doors to the front and idyllic, furnished terrace, and 3 single bedrooms.
These include, inter alia, at no additional washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, wireless internet, cable TV, CD, MP3 and DVD players, Senseo coffee machine, herrkömmliche coffee maker, hand blender, juicer and more.
Furthermore, you are comfortable sun loungers, garden furniture, a clothes dryer, three bicycles, a grill, sand toys, a children's swing and a wagon available.
Child Friendly: The house is child-friendly with games for indoors and outdoors, travel cot, high chair booster seat, high chair, children's crockery, night light, bed guard as a protection against falling out, baby food warmer / sterilizer for up to 2 lenses, 2 children's bicycles (18 and 24 inches), impeller, scooters, carts, in the garden with a small slide, swing and play tower.
For the colder months you will find an electric fireplace in the living room, which makes a very nice fire ambiance and warmth for very pleasant hours.

The dog beach, and walking trails in the dunes are just about 200 meters away, here there are beautiful hours for 2- and 4-legged friends.
In a few kilometers you will reach a children's adventure farm (3km), a large water park (6km), water sports (3km) journey by water skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing and more, as well as horse riding (9km), more shops and a large Supermarket (3km).
