The garden of the property is fantastic and has 150m2 of paved surface and there is also a fenced-in area of about 8,000m2 where there are fruit trees. Right at the property’s entrance area, you can enjoy the fantastic 55m2 furnished terrace where you can share unforgettable moments with your loved ones. Leaving the kitchen you will see that there is a great 18m2 porch, where you can enjoy cooking dishes outdoors with the mobile barbecue you have access to on the property. There also are 6 sun loungers to enjoy the sun beams. In the exterior of the house there are 4 parking spaces to park vehicles and the home’s privacy is full.
On entering the property you will find the living room with a decoratove fireplace of the property where you can unwind from the daily routine watching a DVD movie or through a good read. The dining room is furnished to share endless after-eating talks with your loved ones. The kitchen is independent and it has everything you need to prepare any dish you intend to, including electric stove. The laundry area is independent and it gives you access to 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with wardrobes and AC, 1 with 1 double bed located on the GF, and the other 3 in the 1st F, 2 with 1 bed and 1 with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 on the GF with shower, and the 2nd in the 1st F with a bathtub. If necessary, you have access to one crib for younger children as well as 3 electric radiators and 3 fans.

The chalet is located just 3,6 km away from the town of Alcudia. Here you can enjoy a diversity of activities, which includes a visit to the old town and the village market, which takes place every Tuesday and Saturday in the morning. The Albufera natural park offers a large number of native species.
In just 5,6 km you reach beautiful beaches with turquoise waters, quiet coves and here you can practice various water sports such as diving, windsurfing and kite surfing.
The nighlife has also a lot to offers with great bars and restaurants.
