Oft haben wir SWFL bereist und sind immer wieder begeistert vom Klima, der Hauslage, Cape Coral und seinem Freizeitangebot und den durchaus empfehlenswerten Restaurants. Warum gerade diese Unterkunft? Ganz klar! Lage, Lage, Lage! In dieser Gegend sind die Kanäle breit, die Grundstücke haben praktisch kein Gegenüber. Wer ein Boot mieten möchte, legt direkt am Haus an und ist in wenigen Minuten im Golf von Mexiko – ohne Brücken und Schleusen passieren zu müssen.
