Withdrawal / Sorno:
The renter can withdraw from the contract at any time before the rental.
The resignation is to be declared in writing and becomes effective with access to the landlord.
With the resignation following compensation is due:
up to 90 days before arrival 10% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 60 days before arrival 30% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 30 days before arrival 50% of the rent
thereafter 100% of the rent.
If the holiday guest does not expressly withdraw from the contract, the entire rental price is due,
even if the holiday guest does not use the services of the landlord.
We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation / cancellation insurance

Wir können uns unseren Vorgängern nur anschließen, es ist ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich .

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst.
Rustig gelegen villa, centraal op het eiland, met de auto in 10-30 minuten is alles bereikbaar.
Netjes ingericht, schoon, zeer goed uitgerust. Fijne ligbedden bij het zwembad, fietsen beschikbaar. Alles aanwezig voor een ontspannen vakantie!
