In the Grand Boucharel district, a luxury villa area at the beginning of the village of Les Issambres, en not far from the sea, is this beautiful and very full equipped 8 person villa with (heated) swimming pool and GREAT SEA VIEW located. The villa is very tastefully decorated and has 4 spacious bedrooms, a TV game room, 3 luxury bathrooms, various terraces and for the cooking enthusiasts a fully equipped kitchen with really all appliances! The villa is provided with air conditioning.
The layout is as follows: Closed driveway with covered carport for 2-3 cars. Entrance hall/ hallway with toilet. Access to the cozy decorated living with glass sliding doors, over the entire width, with beautiful sea views and access to the terrace with (heated) swimming pool. In the living room there is a slight rise to the dining area and an open staircase to the master bedroom at the first floor. The kitchen, equipped with all appliances such as American fridge with ice cubes, oven, microwave, 6-burner gas hob, various coffeemakers, dishwasher etc. etc also has sliding doors to the decking terrace with second dining table. The spacious utility room has a second fridge with freezer, washer and dryer.
The masterbedroom is situated at the first floor. This spacious room has patio doors to a private balcony / terrace with again the beautiful sea view and has a private luxury bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and double sinks.
The other 3 bedrooms are situated in the ‘Bedroom–wing’ at the ground floor. Here you also will find an additional TV / Game room connected to the spacious 2nd bedroom, with patio doors to the partly covered terrace, and a spacious private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share the third bathroom, with shower, washbasin and separate toilet. Alle bedrooms have single ‘boxspring’ beds and the entire villa is equipped with airconditioning units.
The heated swimming pool is located at the front side with a spacious terrace equipped with cozy, seats, another dining table, a covered lounge area and plenty of sun-beds; all to relax and enjoy a wonderful and carefree vacation with beautiful sea view. For the children a trampoline (with spring net) and a table tennis table are provided. Les Issambres is actually the little sister of Sainte-Maxime, with as many beautiful sandy beaches, but more quiet. Nice cabanas for a relaxing lunch, a sailing school, a Provençal- and Flea market along the boulevard and within a few minutes drive away to Sainte-Maxime.
In the villages St.Aygulf, Les Issambres and Sainte Maxime you can find the weekly Provencal markets, rocky and sandy beaches, restaurants, atmosphere … everything for a wonderful holiday. From the harbor you can goin 10 minutes by boat to Saint Tropez.
In the high season you can only reserve this accommodation with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on saturday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.
