The house is approximately 140 sqm, has 3 bedrooms for up to 5 people, including a tower room with its own entrance, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room with an open fireplace, a spacious conservatory, a kitchen, gas central heating as underfloor heating, air conditioning in all rooms, and 2 parking spaces directly on the property. Top-notch equipment and furnishings.
The house is located in a beautiful villa area opposite a small Mediterranean park, just 900 m from the fantastic, expansive sandy beach.
El Verger is a charming little place with a picturesque village character near Denia.
Dogs are welcome!

Holiday destination

The villa "Casa DeniMar" is located in a beautiful villa area of El Verger opposite a small Mediterranean park, about 900m from the beach. El Verger is a charming little place with a picturesque village character before Denia. Here you will find supermarkets and shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, a fitness center, doctors (including German-speaking), banks, and endless beaches. The center of Denia is about 7 km away.
In Denia, you will find everything: a yacht and sailing harbor with beautiful promenades, great shopping streets with a variety of stores, a beautiful old town, and the best infrastructure.
In Denia and the surrounding area, you can take wonderful bike rides; there are many developed flat bike paths.
2 airports (Valencia and Alicante) are each 100 km away; both airports are served by various airlines, including budget ones (Ryanair).
Car rentals are very affordable in Spain.

The weather in and around Denia is fantastic, and the climate is among the best and healthiest in Europe. Denia has 325 sunny days a year, and even in winter, the days are usually sunny and clear with pleasantly mild temperatures.

Ein perfektes Haus

Das Haus war perfekt für mich und meinem Vierbeiner, er fühlte sich sehr sehr
wohl und ich auch. Das Haus war sehr sauber, in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Das Swimming Pool ist sehr grosszügig sodass man auch hin- und her
schwimmen konnte, die Gartenanlage sehr hübsch mit den riesigen Palmen wunderschön.
Da das Haus in keiner Anlage war mit mehreren Häuser, hatte man seine Privatsphäre, was ich
sehr geschätzt habe. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Es war sehr schön.
Ihr Haus ist ein Traum und genau richtig um ein paar Tage zu entspannen.
Die Umgebung ist toll und wir waren kräftig unterwegs und haben Spaziergänge durch Denia geliebt.
In Summe ein toller Urlaub.
