Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable. Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company. Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

Comments
A 300.00 eur refundable damage deposit is required. One well behaved dog is welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50 Euros per week. During the high season the villa is only rented on weekdays from Saturday to Saturday.

The nearest beaches are in Novigrad, Porec and Tar, around 20 kilometres away, the nearest spa 10 km, the airport distance is 70 km and a shop and a restaurant can be found in Livade, the same place where villa Alba is located.

Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang durch die Besitzer Karmela und Adrain. Tolles und sauberes Haus (welches 100% den Bildern entspricht), sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wer nicht jeden Tag in den großen Pool möchte, kann den tollen Wasserpark oder das Meer in ca. 25min. mit dem Auto erreichen. Das Haus liegt abseits des Tourismus in schöner Umgebung, d.h. wer Ruhe sucht wird sie hier finden. Dennoch ist man mit dem Auto in 5-10 min. an einen der vielen guten Konobas. Wir als vierköpfige Familie mit Hunden hatten wunderschöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Nochmals lieben Dank an Karmela und Adrian, ihr seid super Gastgeber und hattet uns bei Fragen immer sofort geholfen. Liebe Grüße von Fam. Wolter

Das Haus war perfekt. Viel Platz, sauber, gemütlich und deutsches Fernsehen. Leider war es für den Swimming Pool zu kalt.
