Cancellation policy

You can cancel for free within 7 days of the booking date. You must inform Immo de Nijs of your cancellation by email or letter, stating your reservation number. The cancellation of a holiday home or apartment through Immo de Nijs by the tenant must be made in writing (by email). If the contract is terminated, in addition to the booking fee owed (35 Euros), cancellation fees will also apply: - For cancellation more than 3 months before the arrival date: 15% of the total travel cost; - Cancellation from 3 months to 1 month before the day of arrival: 50% of the total travel cost; - Cancellation from 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival: 85% of the total travel cost; - For cancellation within two weeks before arrival: the full travel cost. The cancellation fees mentioned here do not exceed the total travel cost. We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
