This comfortable and cozy holiday home is very quietly located in the "De Klepperstee" holiday park in Ouddorp on a 300 sqm plot. It is modern and lovingly furnished, offering you the best holiday conditions in the light-flooded and comfortably furnished living room. Comfort is provided by a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD, Wi-Fi. In addition to the bathroom (large shower), there is a 2nd additional toilet.
In the open gallery, there is a fifth bed, a desk, games, and books. In the garden, which is not visible in the summer, you can enjoy the sun all day on 2 terraces (one with an awning).

The adjacent park "De Klepperstee" offers a free pétanque court, a giant bouncy castle, children's playground and swimming pool, as well as an animation program in the park.
The tip of the tranquil island of Goeree Overflakkee boasts a beautiful 25 km long beach and offers numerous opportunities for hiking trails, cycling paths, attractions, and a variety of water sports such as fishing, surfing, swimming... The quickest way to get there from the Ruhr area is via the A3 towards Arnhem. In Arnhem, continue towards Nijmegen A50 and from there take the A15 to Rotterdam until you reach Europoort, then towards Hellevoetsluis / Middelburg until Ouddorp. Ouddorp can always be reached on the N57, either from the direction of Zierikzee or Middelharnis.

4. Cancellation by the Customer You can withdraw from the rental contract at any time before the start of the rental period. The declaration of withdrawal should, for your own interest and for proof, be made in writing in any case. The tenant agrees to pay compensation as follows:
15% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs more than three months before the start of the rental period.
50% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs between three months and one month before the start of the rental period.
75% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs between one month and two weeks before the start of the rental period.
100% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.
