Ground Floor: Kitchen with dining table and fireplace at navel height, living area with satellite TV, another living room, an ironing and laundry room with washing machine. The living areas on the ground floor are connected by small staircases of four and two steps each. Also on the ground floor: A bathroom with shower. A room with two couches on the ground floor can also be used as a bedroom for two individuals.
First Floor: Double bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with tub/toilet, a large double bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom has its own toilet. The tub of the first bathroom in the hallway on the first floor is for the guests of both bedrooms on the first floor.
The house is accessed via an approximately 5 km long unpaved road, which also has a few holes in the last two kilometers. However, the fantastic location of the house makes up for the journey. So far, all guests have managed the access road without any problems.

In the surrounding area are Cecina, as well as Casale Marittimo and the wine route along the coast with the beautiful towns of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci.
The house includes a very nice private pool on the property. Overall, definitely a very good choice for all Tuscany connoisseurs who have come to know and love the area around Cecina, and anyone who would like to do so.
