Julianadorp boasts a stunning sandy beach with a wide dune chain. The place is nestled amidst colorful flower fields.
In Julianadorp, you'll find several shops (including Lidl and Aldi), a newly built, covered shopping center, restaurants, fitness centers, bowling, golf, mini-golf, a riding arena, a swimming paradise, and more.
Many beautiful places are just a few kilometers away: for example, Alkmaar, Bergen, Callantsoog. The Ijsselmeer, with its old historical towns Enkhuizen and Hoorn, is also not very far.
Getting there
From the Ruhr area: Take the A3 motorway via Emmerich, which continues as the A12 towards Utrecht, A2 towards Amsterdam, A9 towards Alkmaar, N9 to Julianadorp Zuid, then head west towards the dunes.
From the north of Germany: via Groningen, Afsluitdijk, Den Oever, towards Den Helder, N9 to Julianadorp Zuid.
