From Den Helder, it is worth taking a trip for a day tour to Texel.
Within less than a 10-minute walk from the holiday apartment Residence Juliana 78, you'll reach the beach at Julianadorp aan Zee!

The cozy beach pavilion is open all year round.
From Alkmaar: Follow N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (comes after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right) at the intersection, turn right and then immediately left: Follow Van Foreestweg until you reach the dunes.
There, turn right; after about 300 m on the right is the Residence Juliana complex.
