The rustic living room is very cozy and comfortable. It counts with one sofa, table, TV-Sat, air conditioning and a wood stove. The kitchen with vitro has all the necessary cooking utensils and disposes of a dining area with large table and chairs. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

The finca is only 2 km from Campos away, where you can find everything what you may need for your vacation: supermarkets, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. In 10 minutes by car you can reach the white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic islands. Nearby you will also find many more beaches and coves with crystal waters.
The city of Palma is a 30 minute drive. You can enjoy the visit to make sightseeing, cultural tours or shopping. In Palma you will find several water parks as Westernpark, Aqualand, etc. Do not miss the visit to Palma Aquarium.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
