The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. If the beach is what you are searching for, Cala d'Or is the right place. The village forms part of the municipality of Santanyí. In the town centre you will find all services you may need during your holidays. Close-by there are lots of wonderful bays: Cala Gran, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Ferrera and Cala Llonga. A 10 minutes' drive takes you to the golf course Vall d'Or. Furthermore, you can visit the natural park Mondragó, the fishing village Portopetro and the dreamlike bay Cala S'Almonia.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
