The property comprises of an exposed beam lounge/dining room with granite inglenook and log burner, a spiral staircase and sea views from some aspects. It is well equipped with Wi-fi, TV, DVD, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
There are two bedrooms, one double,one twin and a sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom has a separate shower room and there is a downstairs toilet. Duvets, pillows and linen are provided but towels are not included. Full oil fired central heating and electricity are included. Your first basket of logs are free. Extra logs available if required at a small cost.
There is a conservatory, large garden and parking for several cars. Lovely walk from the cottage through woodland to a secluded beach.
Mount Earl is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, it would appeal to nature lovers and bird watchers and offers peace and tranquility for a restful holiday.
The night sky is ideal for star gazing.
It offers a very safe haven for children to play in the garden and explore the woodland.

Mount Earl is situated a quarter of a mile from the nearest public lane, offering a high degree of privacy and seclusion.Set within 32 acres of private woodland/heath nature lovers can enjoy the unusual flora and fauna.
Recently, the woodland has revealed the ruins of an ancient mill close to the pretty Downas stream.It is only a 20 minute rugged walk to an unspoilt secluded cove where seals and basking sharks have been spotted. The south west coast path is close by, incorporating the breathtaking vantage point of Black Head and far reaching views towards England's most southerly point.
The pretty fishing village of Coverack is approx. 2 miles away, where there is a lovely sandy beach, village shops, cafes and pub serving local seafood.
Approaching Helston follow Lizard sign A3083. Pass Cudrose Airbase. At roundabout turn left to Coverack/ St. Keverne on B3293. Pass Goonhilly Earth Station. At Zoar garage turn right. Go across downs for approx. 1 mile.Take second track on right signposted to Mount Earl. Cottage is 500m down lane.
