This holiday home has been inspected and evaluated according to the star criteria of the German Tourism Association. Depending on equipment and service, the accommodation is awarded one to five stars.
The F**** certified cottage has 2 floors on 79 m² and can accommodate for up to 6 people in three separate bedrooms with double beds, which can be found on the upper floor besides a bathroom with shower and bath.
The living room on the ground floor is modernly decorated and equipped with SmartTV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is complete and contemporary equipped, including dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, a cooker with oven and a coffee maker beside others.

The outdoor area has direct access to the ski slope and toboggan run. The terrace with garden furniture is also available for having barbecue. A reserved parking space in the parking lot belongs to the cottage as well.
Free use of the swimming pool, the sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, gym and Ski cellar/storage which are available as community facilities in the adjoining Dorint Hotel.

For leisure playground, indoor tennis, indoor soccer and rock climbing and a large indoor track are in the holiday park.
The newly renovated half-timbered house with comfortable furnishings is located on the sunny south-east slope in a quiet location above the center of the health resort Neuastenberg with direct, stunning views of the "Sauerland nature".
Here you can sunbathe in peace, forget the everyday worries and relax in the swimming pool and the sauna area. In winter you can ski or toboggan runs directly from the house into attractive Postwiesen-ski.
The Gerkenstein (790m) is the southwestern secondary summit of the Kahler Asten (841 m), the landmark of the Rothaargebirge. The village of Neuastenberg lies on its southern slope directly at the Hochsauerland top level roads (B 236 and B 480).
In Neuastenberg, from Winterberg coming on the left, or alternatively from of Bad Berleburg and Schmallenberg coming on the right, turning into the Dorfstrasse the Parking Garage is located after some 100m (Alternatively you can park at first on the main road). You will reach the Holiday park (Dorint Hotel) in some 50 meter.

A cancellation fee is required only of some
- 20% from 6 to 4 weeks,
- 50% from 2 weeks,
- 75% form 7 days and
- 100% 1 day before arrival.
The significant cancellation time is the date of receipt of the cancellation at the hirer.
