The entire house is available separately and can accommodate up to 17 people. This peaceful, rural atmosphere promises a great stay in the mountains with friends.
The house is in a pleasant style and mostly wood furnishings. It thus offers a wonderful environment for relaxation but also for socializing each floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, pots, dishes, satellite TV ....) a toilet and a bathroom. Furthermore, there are 5 bedrooms, each with double bed and single bed. Addional beds are available on request.
In front of the house there is a terrace with garden furniture and barbeque.

Whether winter or summer, our farm is an ideal starting point for various activities.
Within 25 km you can choose between 5 different ski resorts and with the Salzburg Superskikarte all sail. For non-skiers there are well-groomed trails, or guided snowshoe hikes. Indoor pools are partially included in the ski pass.
In summer there are many hiking trails and attractions:

Visit with the favorable "Salzburg Card" over 180 attractions in the region, from the salt mine, deer park up to the cable cars.
Many trails lead directly away from the farm.
Our farm is located 3 km from the center Uttendorf away at 1050m above sea level.
