This house has simple but stunning exteriors, to which do not miss anything. It offers a fantastic private salt pool, 5.75 m x 2.75 m and 1.2 to 1.65 m deep, surrounded by artificial lawn, where you can sunbathe on 2 sun loungers. Then, you can rinse skin with water at the exterior shower and go to the porch, ideal to take pleasure in tasting the savoury barbecues made in the open air and, afterall, relax having a drink on the sofas.
It is a two-storey house in which, on the main floor, there is a living-dining room that is ideal to eat and lie on the sofa to watch TV-SAT, listen to music or read, accompanied with the A/C. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and a table to have a quick breakfast or an appetizer, among other things. There are three dormitories featuring wardrobe. On this floor, you can find one double bedroom boasting a fan and, upstairs, there are the other two: one has two single beds as well as fan and the other has a double bed in addition to air conditioning. You can have both a cot and a high chair at your disposal. On this upper floor, there is a living area too, where to relax admiring the views (in the clear days it can even be possible to see the sea) and the laundry, provided with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

The location of this house is perfect since it is in the countryside, with all its tranquility, but at only 550 meters from Selva centre. It is a lovely village that offers all the basic services such as bars, supermarket and good restaurants. Moreover, it is situated at the feet of Sierra de Tramuntana, fact that makes it a good starting point for doing some hikings and, as well as that, it is also very centric in the island. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is the closest, at 25 km.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from May 1 until October 31.
