This lovely holiday home in a quiet location has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy views of the greenery. This is pure relaxation during your vacation. The house features a cozy living room, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has been equipped with new mattresses and slatted bed bases with adjustable head and foot sections. The dining area with a view of the garden fits well into the open living concept. The beds are already made when you arrive. The center of Oostkapelle is just a few minutes away and offers a variety of restaurants and shops for a carefree holiday feeling. Near the house, there's an adventure playground; perfect for families with children.
The landlord's washing machine and dryer can be used upon request. A private parking space and 4 bicycles (3 women's and 1 men's bike) are at your disposal.

The capital of Zeeland: Middelburg is worth a visit. The main attractions include the Abbey, the Lange Jan, and the old town hall. Behind the Abbey, there are many historic streets with numerous monuments. In the center, you will find many shops and boutiques. On Thursdays, there is a weekly market featuring, among other things, Zeeland specialties.
Oostkapelle is the ideal holiday destination for the whole family, as the village is cozy with many restaurants and shops. There is a nice playground for kids to run around. Of course, the long and wide beach is nearby, where you can enjoy the sea with the whole family. The beautiful, extensive natural areas and the proximity to Domburg, Westkapelle, and Veere invite you to visit by bicycle.
From the Heerlen border crossing, follow the N281 towards Antwerp. Via the E314 and E313, you will reach the Antwerp Ring, where you follow the signs to Bergen op Zoom. Immediately after the border, follow the signs to Vlissingen (A58).
From the direction of Rotterdam, follow the A16 to the Klaverpolder junction, then the A17 to the de Poel junction, and then the A58 to Vlissingen.
From the Venlo border crossing, drive towards Eindhoven, from Eindhoven take the A58 to the signs N57 towards Domburg.

a. Every cancellation must first be communicated to SSH by phone and then also in writing.
b. Points 7c-d-e-f apply in the case of cancellation without SSH's offered cancellation fund, or in the case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival.
c. In the event of a cancellation after 8 days and up to 3 months before the start of the rental, 15% of the net rent will be charged.
d. 50% of the net rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 3 months to 1 month before the start of the rental.
e. 75% of the net rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 1 month to 1 week before the start of the rental.
f. 100% of the net rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the start of the rental or if the rental period has already begun.
g. In the event of a cancellation, the mediation fee and the associated cancellation costs of €28 will be charged.
