You reach the spacious holiday apartment on the first floor via an exterior staircase.
Two bedrooms and, if needed, an additional room that can be used as a bedroom are ready for you. The large living room is open to the kitchen area. A small bathroom with shower and toilet is adjacent to the living room.
The holiday apartment is fully furnished with a very well equipped kitchen. There is also a cupboard with board games and plenty of books to leaf through, also for children. There are some DVDs and videos for entertainment during bad weather.
The house is located in the midst of a large garden with old trees and is part of a former farm, where our country veterinary practice is also located. Two horses and 3 cats make the old farm lively.

By car via the A7 to the Eckernförde exit, then to Kappeln. Turn onto the B199 and turn left at the industrial park (Knutzen furniture store) and continue to the roundabout. Then follow the signs to Wittkiel or Sterup and cross through the village of Wittkiel. After the exit sign for the village turn left in the curve into the Wittkeilhofstrasse. After about 100 m you'll drive left into the driveway (veterinary practice).

If the tenant terminates (cancels) the contract before arrival, without naming a substitute who can take over the contract at the same conditions, the following rates are to be paid minus the saved expenses, if the property cannot be re-rented:
Cancellation
* up to 49 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
* up to 21 days before arrival: 40% of the rental price
* up to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days before arrival) 90% of the rental price.
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.
