Cancellation policy
In the event of the tenant’s withdrawal from the lease, the following
Cancellation costs due if another rental is not made
Could: Cancellation up to the 45th day before the beginning of the rental period 20% of the rental price,
Cancellation up to the 35th day before the beginning of the rental period 50% of the rental price, thereafter and
in case of no-show 80% of the rental price.
If the arrival of tourists is not possible due to Corona, the deposit or the rental price will be refunded. This cancellation option relates exclusively to the ban on entry or accommodation based on a decree of the state government.

Just a few steps to the lake, surrounding restaurants, boutiques on your doorstep and within walking distance to reach bakers, butchers, supermarket and other shops for daily needs. Well-developed bike paths, bus connections to nearby towns or for shopping to Hanover, boat trips on the Steinhuder Meer, bathing on the bathing island, ice skating in winter, long walks in the open air – nothing stands in the way of your leisure activities in summer and winter.
Getting there
By car: From the A2 exit Wunstorf-Luthe, follow the B441 via Wunstorf and Altenhagen to Steinhude on the K331 (Im Sandbrinke). Passing the camper square (left) the road makes a right bend (Leinenweberstrasse). Before the pedestrian traffic light, turn left into “ Before the gate” , straight on past “An der Friedenseiche” into Graf-Wilhelm-Strasse. At the end on the left you have reached your destination!
By bus and train: From Hanover station by train or S-Bahn to Wunstorf station. From there (bus stop ZOB) take bus lines 710 or 711 to Steinhude, An der Friedenseiche. Standing in front of the pharmacy go right, straight ahead into Graf-Wilhelm-Strasse. After 150 m you have reached your destination!

Ankommen, wie zu Hause wohlfühlen,genießen und dann erst auspacken, so ist Urlaub.
Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in der nichts fehlt. Tolle Lage mit Klasse Blick auf das Steinhuder Meer von der großzügigen Hochterasse .
Die Wohnung tiptop sauber und schick eingerichtet und zu 100% weiter zu empfehlen.Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar.
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Steinhude. Alles passte. Super Wetter, die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und sauber und zentral gelegen. Von der schönen Hochterrasse waren wir total begeistert. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
