The exteriors are beautiful. The most distinguishing detail of this nice villa is the private, 9.7 m x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9 m to 2 m. There is a porch with BBQ and bread oven, where you can enjoy large dinners. Additionally, there is another porch and one terrace on each floor. The plot has a well-kept garden with fruit trees and a fish tank.
The 300 m2 house is distributed over two floors and has six bedrooms, two on the ground floor with two single beds each, and four on the first floor, two with double beds and two with a single bed each. A cot and a high chair are available. There are four bathrooms that serve the whole house, one on the first floor with shower and three on the ground floor, all with shower. The living room is very cosy and has a large sofa, a small table and TV-Sat. The kitchen-dining room, independent and vitro, has all the necessary utensils to be able to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Surrounded by fields, this pleasant property is situated 2 km from the village Felanitx, where you will find all necessary amenities for your stay. On Sunday takes place the local market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the farmers, clothes and much more. Particularly, the landscape is characterised by wide fields and rolling hills and old windmills; an idyllic place to get away from it all! Furthermore, you can visit the Santuari chapel, by car or bicycle.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
In July and August the changeover day is on Saturday.
