Your holiday home was completely renovated in 2016. It features new windows and doors, new flooring, a new daylight-filled bathroom with underfloor heating, a comfort shower, and access to the private sauna. The high-quality living space includes a 40-inch Smart TV and a Bluetooth-enabled music player. Also awaiting you is an approximately 40 sqm outdoor terrace with wind protection and partial roofing in an excellent south-west location.
The house is situated in the central yet quiet bungalow park 'Uterste Coogh'. It has a private garden that shields you from unwanted glances, a garden shed for storing your private bicycles, and a parking space directly at the property.

Our holiday home's central location makes it the perfect spot for your vacation. The popular seaside resort De Koog, with its numerous leisure facilities, is just 3 km away. You are also only 3 km from Den Burg, the lively hub of the island with its diverse shopping opportunities. The famous maritime museum Ecomare, the kilometers-long fine sandy beach, the extensive dune landscape, and the popular beach pavilion Paal 17 are all about 1.5 km away.
On Texel, take the Pontweg towards De Koog. The side streets are numbered. Turn left at side street 12. After 900 meters, take the driveway on the right side to the 1st bungalow park. Now continue straight for another 200 meters, then turn left (the last opportunity) and after another 100 meters you have reached your destination.
