Rent a pedal boat in Maccagno, hire a motorized boat in Luino, visit the large Wednesday market in Luino with Italian specialties and fantastic leather goods, swim in Lake Maggiore, stroll along the lakeside promenade in places like Luino or Maccagno, hike to the Lago D'Elio reservoir (about 1 hour up and 1 hour down) at the mountain's summit.

The holiday home "Bella Barella", which means "Beautiful Place of Tranquility", is situated 350m above the lake in a quiet, natural location with a magnificent, unobstructed view of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. The area is favorable for excursions on foot into a wildly romantic landscape and picturesque mountain villages, or by car to the nearby regions of Switzerland or Italy, as well as boat trips on the lake, for example, to the splendid Borromean Islands Isola Bella, Isola Madre, or Isola Pescatori.

Es ist traumhaft schön hier oben.Ich bin meinem Lebensgefährten sehr dankbar, dass er mich immer hier hoch chauffiert,ich würde es nicht schaffen. Die Auf und Abfahrt zum Haus beträgt 15 Minuten, jede Minute ist es Wert. Die Gegend, der Ausblick unbeschreiblich schön. Wir lieben es hier und können uns von unserem stressigen Alltag total erholen .Es ist,wie nach Hause zu kommen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet, nur Bettzeug und Handtücher sind mitzubringen.Vielen Dank an diese wahnsinnig freundliche Vermieterin, wir hoffen, wir dürfen wieder kommen. Wer Ruhe sucht und die Natur liebt, etwas weiter weg von jeglichen Trubel sein möchte ist hier genau richtig. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist unbezahlbar und irgendwie immer anders, ich könnte ewig hier sitzen und diesen Ausblick genießen. Danke

Wir sind zum 2. mal in dieses Haus gefahren. Es ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen Dingen, die man zum Leben benötigt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Lago Maggiore,ist fantastisch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder . Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und nett und telefonisch immer zu erreichen.
