Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days prior to the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. In case of a later cancellation, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. The guest is always free – even when calculating the lump-sum cancellation compensation – to prove that no damage has occurred or that it has not occurred to the extent calculated. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.

Holiday destination
Surrounding the villa are meadows and the house's garden. In view are other houses with their gardens. A footpath allows you to reach the lakeshore in just a few minutes and get to the local swimming spot in Musso.
The location is wonderfully quiet. The house is exposed to the sun and is accessed via a somewhat steep, but easily drivable private road. Musso is a charming town on the western shore of Lake Como.
