Our modern and cozy holiday home offers everything vacationers need to feel comfortable and forget about everyday life.
The holiday home has 2 bedrooms plus a small sleeping nook under the roof.
A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a guest toilet.
Living room with dining area and an open kitchen overlooking the terrace, which is equipped with a seating group, 2 sun loungers, and a large awning.
For recreational fun, in addition to the large swimming pool at the door, a Sloep (Dutch boat), 6.25 m for up to 6 people (no license required), an inflatable boat (with a 5 HP motor), kayaks, bicycles, and a surfboard, as well as 2 stand-up paddleboards and a board for up to 8 people are available.
From breakfast in the morning to barbecuing in the evening, you can enjoy the sunny south-facing terrace with a comfortable swimming ladder.

Holiday destination
Lemmer is a cozy little fishing village on the edge of the IJsselmeer with around 10,000 inhabitants.
The most famous attraction is the largest steam pumping station in the world, which is still in operation.
In the center of Lemmer, there are many small shops and waterfront restaurants that can also be reached by boat.
Besides boating, hiking and cycling in Lemmer and its surroundings are also among the many opportunities for physical activity.
Getting there
You will arrive via the A6 motorway and leave the motorway at the Lemmer exit.
In Lemmer, turn right at the 3rd traffic light onto Brekkenweg.
Follow this road to the end and go through the barrier.
Then turn right twice and then left until you reach house number 77.
