1 sleeping room with double bed (including space for 1 travel crib), 1 living room with dining table and two leather armchairs plus stool, bathrom with shower (1.00 x 0.80 m), 1 kitchen including dish washer and micro wave. Own outside area with seats (wind-protected terrace).
Our flat has an ideal size for two adults and maximum a family with a baby or child.
The wind-protected terrace is a wonderful place to relaxe and you can enjoy a good meal in the open. (Attention: Do not leave food unattended in the yard and be all time aware of seagulls - they really like everything.)

The house is placed in a quiet area, but also central. You will only need 5 minutes walking to the beach (Nordstrand) and it is an 8 minutes walk to the town center.
Sunny as well as windy days you can enjoy on the flat own outside area with seats (wind-protected terrace).
Our flat is a non-smoking apartment.
After arrival at the ferry terminal you could take a taxi (approx. cost of 10 Euro) or you take the bus line No. 2 to the bus station (corner Wiedaschstraße and Jann-Berghaus-Straße). From the little bus station you can walk 200m along the Wiedaschstraße into direction to the Northern Beach.
The third opportunity would be to walk approx. 30 - 40 minutes via Hafenstraße, Feldhausenstraße, Jann-Berghaus-Straße, Wiedaschstraße). The walk via the boardwalk/promenade up to the Northern Beach (Januskopf) will last approx. 1 hour (depending on your condition/state of health).

If you have to cancel the booking for some reason, you have to pay 80% of the total amount in the case of no subletting.
During main holiday season (e.g. bank holidays) we let our flat min. 7 days (in summer = 14 days).
Renting less than 5 days we take a fixed price. Conditions on request.
