Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw at any time before the rental of the trip by sending a written cancellation notice to the landlord. The cancellation charges are defined as follows:
- Provided the tenant finds a tenant who takes over all contractual obligations, no costs,
- For a cancellation by the tenant to 61 days before arrival, merely creates a processing fee of 100, - Euro
- For cancellation up to 60 days before arrival 25% of the total price will be charged,
- With a cancellation of 59 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the total price will be charged,
- When canceled from 29 till 14 days before arrival 75% of the total price will be charged,
- At a later cancellation the total rent is payable.
As unpredictable reasons can always prevent the commencement of a holiday, we strongly recommend that guests take out travel expenses insurance.

Getting there
Port Grimaud is easy to access by plane to Nice (1,5h distance) or Marseille (ca. 1,5h distance) using a leased car at the airport.
Take Highway exit 35 at Le Muy, head direction to St. Tropez. From St. Maxime you take the coastal road to Port Grimaud.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Super Lage und nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Es war nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt hier.
