During the Corona period, we feel especially obligated to protect our guests. Therefore, the apartment is not only cleaned and disinfected to a high hygienic standard, but also left vacant for 3 days before and after each rental.
Our sunny 2-room apartment is located in a quiet yet central location (5 minutes walk to the center) in the green villa district of Meran. The spacious and elegant apartment offers every comfort for 2 to 3 people and is also suitable for a longer stay. It has been newly renovated and is tastefully furnished with high-quality furniture and artistic paintings.
The living space consists of a separate kitchen with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a beautiful dining area. In the living room, you will find a designer sofa bed (160 x 200), armchair, a large LCD TV, an elegant dining area, and in the bedroom a comfortable double bed (160 x 200) with two orthopedic mattresses and a large, bright wardrobe.
Close to the apartment (3 minutes away) you'll find numerous small shops, such as a bakery, a small supermarket, a fruit and wine store, a cafe, and a pharmacy. Moreover, in the immediate vicinity, there are good and affordable restaurants.

The Waalweg hike, challenging theater and music programs in Merano and Bolzano, exhibitions, bilingual cinema, dancing, fitness at the Merano Thermal Baths, events at the Kurhaus, historic train rides into the Vinschgau, various painting and language courses, a famous wine and film festival, day trips to Lake Garda, Trento, and Verona are all something special.
