Quiet location with plenty of recreational value. From here you can quickly reach the lively seaside resort of Follonica, Grosseto and Punta Ala. Youre are nearby the famous "Marina Etrusco" with diving bases and Yacht-Charters. Your are in the well-known Etruscan archaeological sites, interesting natural parks and many wineries. Getting there
The small village FILARE is close to Gavorrano (ca. 3 Km) and Follonica (ca. 15 Km), near to Grosseto (ca. 35 Km), not very far from Pisa (ca. 110 Km). Upon booking, you will receive a detailed description of the arrival.

Schöne große, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick Keine Feriensiedlung, daher mitten im italienischen Alltag. Rund um das Wohnhaus viel Natur. Zu den Stränden und Follonica ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Haben auch fleißig die Radwege am Strand entlang abgefahren und einiges Neues entdeckt. Stefano war auch bei Fragen ein zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner. So ist der Urlaub in der Maremma wieder viel zu schnell vorbei gewesen. Dankeschön

Die Ferienwohnung zu einem fairen Preis ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Nichts an Gebrauchsgegenständen hat gefehlt. Auch an heißen Tagen ist es gut auszuhalten. Das massiv gebaute Haus ist kühl und an allen Fenstern mit gut einstellbaren Fensterläden ausgestattet. Auf dem Balkon kann man am Abend in der sinkenden Sonne sitzen und dabei einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die hügelige toskanische Landschaft bis zur Küste genießen. Bei klarem Wetter reicht der Blick bis Elba und Korsika. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, einen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe findet man immer. Der Ort Gavorrano ist selbst malerisch und sehenswert mit seiner Burg und seinen alten Gassen. Er ist gleichzeitig geeigneter Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Ausflüge. Mit dem Cabrio ein Traum.
