Getting there
By plain to Bologna, Rimini, Ancona or Rome. Then further with the train or rental car. From the north by car on the motorway toward Ancona, exit in Senigallia and 22 km on the country road. Good directions to Casa Montale are available by e-mail.

Wir haben zwei Wochen die Ruhe in der Casa Montale, den Pool, die traumhafte Umgebung und die Gastfreundschaft einer super-netten Vermieterin genossen. Das Ferienhaus Capanna ist top ausgestattet und bietet einen für Italien überdurchschnittlichen Komfort. Die geschützte Terrasse und mehrere weitere Sonnen- und Schattenplätzchen bieten ausreichend Raum, sich mit einem Buch zurückzuziehen oder einfach nur den Blick über die umgebenden Hügel schweifen zu lassen. Die Vermieterin bietet neben eigenem Olivenöl auch den sehr guten Wein des Nachbarn an und hat immer einen guten Restauranttipp parat. Es waren rund um gelungene Ferien in den Marken. Die Planung und Buchung verliefen reibungslos und die Kommunikation mit Frau Brouwers war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Das Anwesen mit 5 Wohnungen liegt auf einen Hügel mit Blick in ein weites Tal und auf den nahe gelegenen Ort Montecarotto. Der Ausblick ist wirklich toll, besonders von der Terrasse des Häuschens Capanna. Im Anwesen befindet sich ein Pool zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. In der Gegend befinden sich um Umkreis von 30 Fahrminuten mehrere nette Örtchen mit tollen Restaurants, die Frau Brouwers in ihrem Handout beschreibt oder gerne auch mündlich empfiehlt. Frau Brouwers steht bei allen Anliegen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und kümmert sich sehr nett um ihre Gäste. Wir haben uns gut erholt und einen tollen Urlaub in den Marken verbracht.
