Cancellation policy
The following charges are payable in the event of a cancellation:
Up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: a 50 euro flat fee.
8 - 4 weeks prior to the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.
4 weeks - 1 week before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price.
Thereafter, 90% of the rental price.

Comments
We rent our accommodation out by the week (Sat/Sat) during summerholidays.
Minimum stay of 5 nights at Christmas/New Year's / 4 nights during the non-holiday times of year.
Short stays of < 4 nights = short stay charge +20 %.
We accept dogs subject to prior arrangement (8 euro/night) - max 2 dogs. No cats allowed.

Holiday destination
Some magnificent hiking trails set off from the end of the street. It's just around 3 kilometres to the Baltic Sea!
The towns of Kappeln and Flensburg can be reached in 15 and 30 minutes respectively, and it's only approx. 40 minutes to Denmark. The nearest amusement park is approx. 45 minutes away.
You'll find numerous lovely restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area - some even have a view of the sea.
Getting there
Coming by car: take the A7 towards Flensburg/Denmark, then take the Tarp motorway exit. It's only approx. another 30 minutes' drive from there (via Sörup, Sterup and Steinbergkirche).
Coming by train: alight at Sörup station, then take a taxi to the holiday house (approx. 15 mins).

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Es gibt reichlich Zimmer und Betten. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, die Sauna besonders schön. Der Garten bietet reichlich Platz und der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen (30 zu Fuß, 5 mit dem Auto). Es ist außerhalb der Siedlung gelegen und damit sehr ruhig. Das Wohnzimmer bietet auch bei schlechten Wetter reichlich Platz zum verweilen.
