The accommodation is 65 ms (approx.) over 2 floors. The guest house has a balcony with 11 sm (approx.).
Groundfloor has a seperate living room with a bed settee and a seperate dining room, bathroom with natural light incompossis washing machine and dryer. A seperate cloak room is on the floor also.
The bed settee would be made up on arrival.
First floor has a fully equiped kitchen. From the kitchen leads on to the balcony. The master bedroom is fully fitted with chest of drawers, side tables and wardrobe.
The guest house is located quite centrally. All furniture is of high quality standart. The guest house has all of the normal home equipment such as Flat Screen TV, DVD, Free Wifi, vacuum cleaner, iron and iron-board and hairdryer.

Mainz-Kostheim is one of the oldest wine producing areas in the Rheingau. To the river Main and the nature reserve "Maaraue" is only a very short walk of 1 minute. On the "Maaraue" you can visit a large public pool of many facilities, that is the largest in the area. Here goes the river Main into the river Rhine. Also you can visit a lot of restaurants and relaxing areas, also children playgrounds are there.
In the near of the guest house (1 Minute Walk) there is public transport with very good services to Mainz, Wiesbaden and Frankfurt.
Mainz-Kostheim ist von den Autobahnabfahrten der A60 (Ginsheim-Gustavsburg), der A671 (Hochheim am Main) und der A66 (Mainz-Kastel) aus innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.
Mit dem Zug reisen Sie bis Mainz Hauptbahnhof oder Kastel Bahnhof oder Mainz-Gustavsburg und steigen dann in einen Bus der Linie 54 oder 55 um. Sie müssen an der Haltestelle Kostheim Mainbrücke aussteigen, dann sind es nur noch ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg zu unserem Haus.
