- Until one month before arrival: Cancelation or changing the date without any costs is possible.
- 30 days before arrival: Changing travel date without any costs is possible. The agreed rental fee has to be paid.
- One week or less before arrival: No changes without any costs
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than sixty-one days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 25 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement less than sixty, but more than 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 50 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than thirty, the tenant pays the agreed rental fee.

Other recreational opportunities
The water is warm enough to swim in by April and sun-worshippers have the beaches to themselves. They are perfect for a swim, kayaking, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing or diving. By the end of May, the countryside is a riot of colour and the conditions are ideal for to go cycling, walking or play golf.
Holiday destination
The finca is situated between Pollensa Town, Port Pollensa and Alcudia. To the sandy beaches of Alcudia or Pollensa it takes approx. 10-15 minutes drive by car.
Getting there
Pollença is only around 60 kilometres from the airport. With a Rental car, you can arrive in Pollença around two hours after the flight touches down. No extra charge for late arrivals. You will get directions and will be welcomed at the house.

Super villa almost exactly as described. Pros: gorgeous pool, good air con and blackout shutters in bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen / dining, lovely local hosts, house cleaning service half way through, regular pool upkeep, beautiful outside space. Cons: could do with aircon in the kitchen, no hammock as shown in photos, one broken sun lounger (could only lie flat), shower downstairs not very user friendly because of curtain / height of shower. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thank you for the welcome gifts of some food and drinks and great recommendations of restaurants.

Our family of six adults and two young children have had a wonderfully memorable week at Cana Pillar. We were warmly greeted by Felipe who over the week discreetly watered the garden and tended the pool early each morning. The traditional house is very homely and well equipped, and the larder and fridge were generously stocked with basics and extras which were much appreciated. There are uninterrupted views in all directions of the garden, countryside and mountains. We made great use of the pool, outside kitchen and spacious garden . Mosquito repellant needed for evening dining on the beautiful terrace !
