Cancellation fees for travel restrictions by Covid 19.
- Until one month before arrival: Cancelation or changing the date without any costs is possible.
- 30 days before arrival: Changing travel date without any costs is possible. The agreed rental fee has to be paid.
- One week or less before arrival: No changes without any costs
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than sixty-one days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 25 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement less than sixty, but more than 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 50 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than thirty, the tenant pays the agreed rental fee.

The water is warm enough to swim in by April and sun-worshippers have the beaches to themselves. They are perfect for a swim, kayaking, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing or diving.By the end of May, the countryside is a riot of colour and the conditions are ideal for to go cycling, walking or play golf.
Holiday destination
The fine sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollença, Formentor and the bay of Alcudia are easy to reach by car. They are perfect for a swim, kayaking, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing or diving. To the centre of Pollensa its a 20 minutes walk. Here you find fantastic restaurants, Bars, shops and supermarket.
Getting there
Pollença is only around 60 kilometres from the airport. With a Rental car, you can arrive in Pollença around two hours after the flight touches down. No extra charge for late arrivals. You will get directions and will be welcomed at the house.

Im April haben wir wieder eine Woche auf unserer Lieblingsfinca in Pollensa verbracht. Wir konnten uns wieder gut erholen und haben unsere Batterien wieder aufgeladen. Wir freuen uns schon auf den Herbst!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Can Colonya verbracht. In der sehr gemütlich und stilvoll mit mallorquinischen Möbeln eingerichteten Finka haben wir uns vom ersten Moment wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es gibt einen tollen Pool und eine Sportwiese zum Federball und Fußballspielen. Wunderschöne Sitzbereiche vor dem Haus mit herrlichem Blick über die benachbarten Gärten Richtung Pollenca und in die Berge. Für Familien mit Kindern, die gleichermaßen gerne in den Bergen wandern oder an den Strand zum Schwimmen oder Segeln gehen wollen oder einfach nur über die traumhafte Promenade von Port de Pollenca bummeln möchten, ist Can Colonya optimal gelegen. Insgesamt also rundherum zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die prima Vermittlung, Frau Prager.
