The detached holiday home has a wonderful view of Lake Constance and the opposite Switzerland. The lake can be reached very well by a short walk (about 500 m).
Our light-flooded house has a living space of approx. 138 m² and is modern and comfortably furnished.
In the 4 bedrooms up to 8 people find a relaxing place to sleep.
Both bathrooms have a shower and a toilet, the bathroom on the ground floor also has a bathtub.
Our well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher is the ideal basis for a shared cooking experience.

The house is located in a quiet residential area, not far from the center Gaienhofen.
The community Gaienhofen is located on the Bodenseehalbinsel Höri in the Untersee, between the cities of Radolfzell and Stein am Rhein.
World-famous poets and painters, such as Herrmann Hesse, Otto Dix, Erich Heckel, Helmuth Macke and many others, have shaped this very beautiful Lake Constance region.
If you are looking for a quieter region on Lake Constance, then you are exactly right in our house.

Falls Sie das Wäschepaket wünschen, berechnen wir zusätzlich 20 Euro pro Person.
Das Wäschepaket beinhaltet die Bettwäsche, Spannbettlaken, Handtuch und Badetuch.
Der Strompreis unserer Wallbox wird zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt mitgeteilt und abgerechnet.
Buchungen unseres Hauses sind verbindlich und können nicht kostenfrei storniert werden.
Es gelten bei und folgende Stornierungsgebühren:
Rücktritt bis zum 60. Tag vor Mietbeginn = 50% des Mietpreises
Rücktritt vom 60. Tag - 30. Tag vor Mietbeginn = 75% des Mietpreises
Ab dem 30. Tag vor Mietbeginn = 90% des Mietpreises
Bei einer erfolgreichen Neuvermietung werden wir die bezahlten Stornierungsgebühren zurück erstatten.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittversicherung .
