The individually decorated old Canarian finca is located 15 km south of Santa Cruz in an absolutely quiet and safe area with a magnificent view of Tenerife and La Gomera.
The 120 sqm finca consists of a large bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed, air conditioning for cool and warm days, a living room with 2 sofa beds, for cool days there is a basic stove, a large dining room with air conditioning, an open, large kitchen, modern new shower room. Finca La Guapa is surrounded by a well-kept 3600 m² garden, and with its special amenities, it offers a lot of comfort after a long hike, allowing you to relax and unwind. The finca is not an ordinary holiday home, it is very beautifully and individually furnished, and guests should feel comfortable.
Upon request, families with small children are welcome, baby equipment is available.

The area around the finca is sparsely populated, offering guests peace and quiet, stunning views of the Atlantic, and the pristine, rugged volcanic landscape. Here, one can witness the island's geological history firsthand. Those who embrace this region of the island will not be disappointed.

In the scenic and safe southeast, 12 km from the southern tip with its salt flats, you'll find an authentic Palmerian life without the tourist crowds. The originality has been preserved.
There's a great diversity of plants, nothing is covered by mounds of ash.
In 15 to 20 minutes, you can reach the capital as well as the southern tip of the island with the Teneguia and Antonio volcanoes. The 12 km distant beach Los Cancajos is a safe swimming bay protected by breakwaters from the treacherous currents and waves of the Atlantic.
The small local beach Playa Salemera with its well-known fish restaurant can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
The finca is the ideal place for those seeking rest and relaxation; apart from the rustling of the wind and the chirping of birds, there is nothing to be heard. No noise, no streets, no cars – just you, the stars, and the sea.
