The open-plan living area has a smart TV, blue-ray player, stereo system, WLAN, in winter the cosy wood stove warms you, and the large glass window floods the room with light. You can prepare your delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. On the sun terrace and the small terrace one beach chair each awaits you to relax. Further rest and relaxation can be found in the sauna with bath and relaxation room. The relaxation room can be optionally converted into a cosy bedroom for two.
Upstairs an exclusive bathroom as well as two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring double beds and Smart TV await you, one with optionally further sleeping space.

You will live in the centre of the maritime side of Heiligenhafen, nestled in the dunes in a perfect location. Just a short distance to the beach, the adventure pier, the Graswarder nature reserve, the 5-star "Heiligenhafen Marina" and the inland lake. The promenade invites you to stroll and linger.
In addition, the fishing port and the old town are only a few minutes away.
The region around Heiligenhafen offers a very large selection of leisure options.
Car (recommended):
On the Schleswig-Holstein section of the A1, which is part of the so-called "as the crow flies" line, exit at the Heiligenhafen interchange. Then drive toward the centre of Heiligenhafen and follow the signs to Marina Heiligenhafen. After crossing the bridge between the inland lake and the marina, turn right to Graswarderweg, and then it is only a few metres to holiday home 10.
Train:
Take the train to Oldenburg in Holstein, from there with the public transport or taxi to Heiligenhafen.

Mit der Buchung bietet der Gast dem Eigentümer, dieser ist durch den TSH als Vermittler vertreten, den Abschluss eines Beherbergungsvertrages verbindlich an.
Der Beherbergungsvertrag zwischen dem Gast und dem Eigentümer kommt mit der Buchungsbestätigung zustande, welche der TSH als Vertreter des Eigentümers vornimmt. Es gelten die Reisebedingungen des TSH, sowie die Hausordnung, beide Dokumente gehen Ihnen zusammen mit der Buchungsbestätigung zu.
